The Riotboard has evolved. We're calling for all writers interested in making some extra cash this year for writing about their current sports opinions. If you're interested in making money while you're online, instead of just spending money while you're online, this may be just for you.
Michael Vick's dog fighting problem, Pacman Jones off the field issues, the upcoming Olympics, a football playoff system for college football, OU recruiting violations, what to expect this year from your favorite team, the Fresno State Bulldogs, embarrassing photos of hot chicks from Bob Stoops bar, the pending retirement of Joe Paterno, articles about the growing problem of criminals in the NCAA playing football, these are all subjects that need to be written about and can get you paid $$ for putting it together and submitting it to the riotboard.com. As the quality of your article increases, so does your pay. Articles that contain mere opinions are valued less than articles that obviously show that you've put research into them. A high-end article might have links, photos, facts, humor, high popularity of subject matter and not be a rehash of something found elsewhere online. In addition, this kind of article should not already exist on the riotboard.com. 2 articles about 'what to expect this year from the longhorns' won't be published for pay, but can still be published with credits to the author. Examples of high end articles that can make you money include the Oklahoma Sooners vs North Texas article. Though it's not perfect, it has an opinion, facts, humor and is relevant for the oklahoma sooners audience, which we have online and exists all across the nation. An article about North Texas vs Southern Utah even though well done, would not merrit the max payout. Pay scale therefore for articles will range from $0 to $20, paid to your paypal account. Determination of pay will be soley determined by the Riotboard staff after evaluation. Make us want it. We value articles that create interest and are unique. Please keep in mind that our intent is to fill the riotboard with content and that we want articles, so we're perfectly willing to pay for them. However we can't waste money for non-sense. All articles submitted, become property of the Riotboard upon submission. By submitting an article you are accepting these terms. So, if you've got an itch to try out your writing skills simply create an account and start writing. When you submit your article, it will automatically show up for us to review, but if you want to alert us, use the chat box or send email to itsariot @ riotboard.com with the subject line of "Article Submitted!" or something similar. Now what are you waiting for?
